AUTHORIZATION FOR PUBLICATION OF PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
By enrolling in the New School of Dance association, you AUTHORIZE, free of charge, without time limits, also pursuant to articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and articles 96 and 97 of Law 22.4.1941, no. 633, the Copyright Law, to the publication and/or dissemination in any form of your images on the New School of Dance association website, in print and/or on any other means of dissemination. You also authorize the storage of the photos and videos themselves in the computer archives of the Company/Entity and acknowledge that the purpose of such publications is merely informational and possibly promotional.

Information pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003. We hereby inform you that the personal data provided with this release will be processed using paper and electronic means in compliance with current legislation and the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and confidentiality. Accordingly, the data provided, including the portrait contained in the above-mentioned photographs, will be used for purposes strictly related and instrumental to the activities indicated in the aforementioned release. Consent to the processing of personal data is optional. You may exercise all the rights set forth in Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 at any time, in particular the right to erasure, rectification, or integration of your data. These rights may be exercised by sending written notification.
